My practice style is relaxed and interactive. I bring together different schools of thought including relational self psychology, systems work and mindfulness practices. What results for the patient is a deep understanding of themselves in their situation. I hope to assist those I work with to become more a participant in their own lives while bringing a spirit of hope and a sense of vitality in their lives.
In my work with individuals, couples and families I take a individualized practical, solution-focused, humanistic approach. My areas of specialization include:
Relationship Issues
Depression and Anxiety
Grief and Loss
Work and Career Issues
Conflict ResolutionGeneral Feeling of Being Stuck or Without Direction
In my practice, I address these concerns in ways that are unique for each individual, couple or family.
